Last Updated: April 27, 2026 By registering as a Vendor on NexMsg (https://whatsapp.nexmsg.in), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully. 1. Description of Service NexMsg provides a digital platform that allows Vendors to utilize the WhatsApp Business API for bulk messaging, automated replies, and customer engagement. We provide the infrastructure; however, the Vendor is responsible for the content and the legality of the messages sent. 2. Compliance with Meta (Facebook) Policies Vendors must strictly adhere to the WhatsApp Business Solution Terms and the WhatsApp Business Policy. You agree not to send "Spam" or unsolicited messages. You must have clear, documented consent (Opt-in) from every recipient before sending a message. NexMsg reserves the right to suspend any account immediately if Meta flags your activity as abusive or if your "Quality Rating" drops significantly. 3. Account Responsibilities Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your NexMsg login credentials. Accuracy: You must provide accurate business information during the "WhatsApp Onboarding" process. Usage Limits: You agree to stay within the limits of your selected subscription plan. 4. Prohibited Content You may not use NexMsg to send content that: Is illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive. Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code. Promotes adult content, gambling, tobacco, or weapons (as per WhatsApp’s restricted categories). Violates the intellectual property rights of others. 5. Payments and Subscriptions Fees: Vendor agrees to pay the subscription fees associated with their chosen plan. Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, previously paid fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Plan Changes: NexMsg reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. 6. Limitation of Liability NexMsg is a tool provider. We are not liable for: Any ban or suspension of your WhatsApp phone number by Meta. Any loss of data or business revenue resulting from service interruptions. The content of the messages you send. 7. Data Privacy As a Vendor, you are the Data Controller of your customers' information, and NexMsg is the Data Processor. You must ensure your customers are aware of how their data is being handled as per our [Privacy Policy]. 8. Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions. 9.
