We do not store the content of your messages longer than necessary to facilitate delivery. 2. How We Use Your Information We use the information we collect to: Provide, operate, and maintain our NexMsg platform. Facilitate the "Login with Facebook" and "WhatsApp Onboarding" processes. WhatsApp Data Handling & Meta Integration NexMsg uses the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. We use Webhooks to receive real-time updates (like message read receipts) from Meta to your dashboard. We do not sell, rent, or share your WhatsApp contact lists with third parties. 4. Data Retention and Deletion (Meta Requirement) We retain your personal data only for as long as your account is active. User Request for Deletion: You may request to delete your account and all associated WhatsApp data at any time.
